Job summary

Redhawk Administrative Services, LLC is seeking a Financial Management Analyst- Budget Operations for a remote role supporting the Defense Health Agency Financial Operations Division. The position requires DoD budgeting expertise, PPBE knowledge, and advanced Excel skills to manage spend plans and generate executive reports.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field and 5+ years of DoD budget/program experience, plus 3+ years in DHA-related operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in DoD budget/program development, execution and management.
• 3+ years of DoD Defense Health Program operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PPBE processes and federal budget methods.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide budgeting and financial analysis support to the DHA Financial Operations Division.
• Develop and maintain spend plans, track commitments and disbursements.
• Extract and analyze SOF, commitments, and obligations data for reports.
• Prepare funding documentation and DRCH/WBS/Funded Programs.
• Perform advanced Excel analyses, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP reporting.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly budget execution and status reports.
