Seerah in Jeddah seeks a qualified Financial Analyst to manage budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis supporting facility maintenance and manpower services operations.

The role requires 5–7 years in financial analysis, budgeting, ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, and reporting, with strong Excel skills. You will contribute to audits and planning while reporting to leadership, driving cost controls and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in facility maintenance or manpower services companies.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, ROI analysis, CAPEX, OPEX, and financial reporting.
• Experience in financial audits and financial planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company’s financial budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze ROI (Return on Investment) for projects and business operations.
• Prepare and review CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support management decisions.
• Coordinate and support financial audits.
• Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes for operational activities.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend cost-control strategies.
