This remote role is Jeddah-based friendly and requires immediate availability, with opportunities to work on multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment. Strong Arabic and English communication is essential, plus a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Entry-level candidates or professionals with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Previous agency experience is considered an advantage.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities with a genuine interest in data and digital performance.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, performance metrics, and KPIs.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, platform analytics, and social listening tools.
• Familiarity with social media publishing, scheduling, and community management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop clear reports and presentations.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to use them effectively for research, analysis, reporting, and productivity.
• Understanding of digital campaign performance and social media metrics is preferred.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on clients, competitors, target audiences, market trends, and digital best practices.
• Support the development of digital strategies, presentations, technical proposals, and pitches using research, data, and actionable insights.
• Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
• Support community management by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Monitor digital campaigns and review key performance metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare digital audits, monthly performance reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
• Assist in analyzing campaign and social media performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing, Account Management, Creative, and Content teams across different client accounts.
