Job summary

PulseMediaNL is seeking a versatile Customer Service Representative – Admin to join their remote team in a hybrid capacity. You will be the voice customers hear and also manage behind-the-scenes administrative records, schedules, and processes.

This role blends front-line support with administrative tasks and requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to multitask across customer service and admin duties in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; escalate when needed.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, or account changes.
