You’ll be the voice customers hear and the organized driver keeping operations running smoothly. Ideal candidates have strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to multitask across support and admin duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize across customer support and admin duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
• Comfortable navigating CRM, ticketing, or database software.
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Professional, patient, and solution-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat professionally.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, or account changes.
• Maintain up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM.
