Job summary

IQVIA LLC seeks a Clinical Research Associate for a homebased role in Saudi Arabia, with travel to sites as needed. You will monitor sites, support recruitment planning, and ensure protocol training and documentation are in place. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, along with strong communication skills.

Ideal candidates have 1.5–2 years of on-site monitoring experience and can manage regulatory submissions, CRF completion, and data query resolution while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care or other scientific discipline.
• 1.5–2 years of on-site monitoring experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including English.
• Frequent travel to sites.
• Homebased; location must have travel connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits with proper documentation.
• Support development of a subject recruitment plan.
• Establish regular communication and train sites on protocol and study requirements.
• Evaluate site practices for quality and escalate issues as needed.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion and data query resolution.
