Job summary

RWS Group is seeking AI Business Conversation Analysts to support the development and improvement of AI models in Saudi Arabic (Asir). This remote, part-time freelance role involves 10+ hours per week and flexible scheduling, with a starting date immediate.

You will review scenarios, conduct 10–15 turn conversations with AI, and work on topics like financial analysis, business reporting, and data-driven decision support, using English and Saudi Arabic (Asir).

Qualifications

• Native-level speaker of Saudi Arabic (Asir).
• Good command of English to understand project instructions and communicate effectively.
• Strong analytical and business mindset.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Professional background in business/data analysis, finance, research, STEM, or technical writing is preferred.
• Ability to reason through scenarios and maintain logical, realistic conversations.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Review a scenario and identify the information or outcome to be explored.
• Have a written 10–15-turn conversation with AI, progressively developing the topic.
• Work on topics such as financial analysis, business reporting, research/policy evaluation, and data-driven decision support.
• Conduct conversations in English and Saudi Arabic (Asir) while maintaining logical flow and professional communication.
