Job summary

Tahweel Integrated Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Management professional to lead reliability initiatives across the plant, maximize equipment availability and drive operational excellence.

You will develop preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs, supervise engineers and technicians, manage budgets and spares, and advance TPM, RCA and safety compliance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
• 10-15 years of maintenance experience in the plastic manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 5 years in a Maintenance Manager or similar leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with Cast Stretch Film, blown film or plastic extrusion manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of extrusion lines, chill rolls, winders, dosing systems, air compressors, chillers, cooling systems and utility equipment.
• Experience with PLCs, automation systems, VFDs, servo drives and industrial control systems.
• Proven track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability.
• Lead maintenance team to ensure plant reliability and operational excellence.
• Plan and supervise maintenance schedules for production lines and utilities.
• Oversee maintenance of extrusion lines and related equipment; troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate major overhauls, shutdowns and installation projects.
• Ensure spare parts availability and optimize inventory.
