Job summary

Unifonic is seeking a Compliance Analyst/Strategist to manage and enhance the company’s compliance function within a fast-growing AI-native customer experience platform. You will work with the compliance team to anticipate issues, engage regulators, train staff, and drive adherence to regulatory standards.

The role requires 3+ years in compliance within enterprise settings, bilingual Arabic and English capabilities, and experience with international standards and local telecom regulations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on 3+ years of experience as a compliance analyst or specialist.
• Exposure to telecommunications, data protection and data localization regulations with international standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure engagement framework with regulator CST and manage regulatory communications.
• Identify and manage regulatory compliance risks with management and staff.
• Organize training to communicate regulatory changes and maintain policy documentation.
• Develop and maintain a compliance record-keeping system and respond to audits.
