Job summary

Tabby | تابي is seeking a Compliance Officer in the KSA to develop and maintain compliance policies, conduct audits, and guide the company through regulatory changes. You will monitor regulatory developments and partner with regulators to uphold a strong compliance framework that supports growth.

Responsibilities include training staff on compliance matters, investigating issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, fintech or financial services.
• Knowledge of Saudi fintech regulations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update internal policies accordingly.
• Investigate and respond to compliance issues, complaints, and breaches.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and implement them where applicable.
• Flexibly respond to business needs by performing additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in Compliance is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to fintech operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and implement practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
