We are looking for an experienced AI Cyber GRC Automation Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This role focuses on building AI-driven Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) automation solutions using No-Code / Low-Code platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate will help transform traditional compliance and risk management processes into secure, automated, and scalable AI workflows, enabling faster regulatory analysis, control mapping, and continuous compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-enabled GRC automation solutions and digital assistants
• Automate regulatory and policy analysis, control mapping, and gap assessments
• Develop risk identification, scoring, and remediation tracking workflows
• Enable continuous compliance monitoring and automated reporting
• Build end-to-end workflows using No-Code / Low-Code orchestration platforms integrated with GRC systems, document repositories, and ITSM tools
• Use LLMs to interpret regulations, policies, and compliance evidence, producing structured and explainable outputs
• Ensure auditability, traceability, and explainability of all AI outputs for regulators and internal audit
• Align automation solutions with enterprise security architecture, data protection, and AI governance standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity with strong focus on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and control environments
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven automation and No-Code / Low-Code platforms
• Experience working with LLM-based assistants, prompt design, and secure enterprise AI usage
• Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into automated workflows
• Experience collaborating with auditors, regulators, and senior risk stakeholders
