Job summary

The Software/AI Engineer, Compliance Technology translates regulatory needs into scalable tech and AI-enabled tools that support AML, KYC, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting.

You will design, build, and maintain APIs and dashboards, collaborate across Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Security, and contribute to AI governance and data governance in a rapidly

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-enabled compliance solutions.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, fraud prevention concepts.
• Ability to build integrations, APIs, and internal apps for compliance.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technology solutions that automate and enhance Compliance processes.
• Build AI-powered tools to improve compliance monitoring, investigations, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrations, APIs, and internal applications supporting Compliance systems.
• Identify automation opportunities and translate compliance requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement AI, workflow automation, and RegTech solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and analytics that support compliance decision-making and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure solutions comply with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Information Security teams on system enhancements.
