Job summary

El Seif Operation and Maintenance seeks a Technical Operations Lead to oversee maintenance across project sites in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and approved technical standards. You will provide guidance to Regional Managers and Engineering Teams and review technical submissions before execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, 5+ years in hard services or facilities maintenance, and ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
5+ years in Hard Services, facilities management, or technical maintenance operations.
Experience guiding engineering and maintenance teams.
Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).
Ability to travel between project sites in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance to five Regional Managers and Engineering Teams on complex maintenance issues.
Review technical issues from sites and coordinate solutions.
Follow up with client technical concerns until resolution and closure.
Identify recurring failures and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
Prepare or review scopes of work, estimates, and technical evaluations for additional works.
Monitor specialist subcontractor performance and ensure contractual deliverables.
Conduct planned and random technical inspections and verify compliance with standards.
