Job summary

El Seif Operation and Maintenance seeks an experienced Saudi Mechanical Engineer with a strong HVAC background to support operation, maintenance, and technical performance of mechanical systems across projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on HVAC operations, troubleshooting, preventive/corrective maintenance, and supervisory experience. Experience in Facilities Management is a plus and Saudi Council of Engineers registration may be advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of mechanical engineering experience.
Strong HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting and operations.
Ability to supervise technical teams and coordinate maintenance.
Knowledge of mechanical drawings and specs.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of HVAC and related mechanical systems.
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, pumps, and related equipment.
Diagnose HVAC faults, identify root causes, and implement sustainable technical solutions.
Monitor system performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with specs.
Coordinate with project management, clients, vendors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and equipment performance reports.
Identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce downtime and costs.
