Job description

The Regional TC Head is the single point of contact for the service in his region; he is responsible for managing the electronics service team in his region. He is accountable of delivering the customer service KPIs for the electronics services in his region as well as raising the technical index of his team members. Moreover, the Regional TC head should deliver the services sales required from his region.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve all personnel-related issues within the region.
  • Take full responsibility for Electronics Services sales performance in the region.
  • Ensure proper implementation of Electronics Services SOPs across all locations.
  • Lead team technical development and support continuous people growth within the region.
  • Recognize high performance, promote a customer-focused culture, and nominate Service Awards candidates.
  • Monitor regional KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure technicians complete repairs within the targeted turnaround time.
  • Handle service escalations by initiating corrective actions, monitoring progress, and ensuring proper case closure.
  • Prevent accumulation of import-damaged items through proactive control and follow-up.
  • Ensure full compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain strong relationships with local service centers and vendors.
  • Conduct periodic inventory checks for items within the technical center (customer units and spare stock).
  • Coordinate with the Technical Manager to ensure technical readiness prior to new product launches.
  • Manage, review, and control service petty cash and related expenditures.
  • Prepare and submit periodic operational reports to the Electronics Services Operations Manager.
  • Monitor and ensure proper availability and condition of Electronics Services sales and marketing materials in regional stores.
  • Handle customer complaints and oversee happy call procedures to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze process gaps and recommend, implement, and monitor corrective actions.
  • Manage technical center inventories, including products under service and loaner units.
  • Ensure full implementation of the 5S methodology across all workplaces.
Qualifications
  • Holding bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering.
  • 5 years’ experience as a technical Supervisor or Workshop Supervisor / manager in a well-known Electronics or Telecommunication Manufacturer or Authorized Dealer.
  • Very good English and Arabic communication skills.
