Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Operational Manager to oversee our day‑to‑day business operations. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with deep F&B industry experience, a robust network within the sector, and preferably a background in sales within F&B SaaS solutions. This leadership role will be critical in driving operational excellence, strengthening our market position, and ensuring the seamless execution of our strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all functions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (technology, finance, sales, and marketing) to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
- Strategic Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with COFE’s mission and vision.
- Work closely with the executive team to drive business growth and ensure alignment with the overall company strategy.
- Market & Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key F&B brands across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. Leverage your network and industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and enhance client engagement.
- Sales & Business Development: Provide oversight and strategic direction for the sales of our F&B SaaS solutions, including COFE Cloud. Collaborate with the sales team to develop go‑to‑market strategies, optimize sales processes, and drive revenue growth.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable business growth. Monitor financial performance and implement cost‑effective measures without compromising quality or innovation.
- Process Improvement & Innovation: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and lead a high‑performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Promote a collaborative and transparent work environment to drive employee engagement and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Nationality: Must be a Saudi national.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record in a senior operations leadership role within the F&B industry.
- Experience: Extensive experience working with key F&B brands and a robust industry network.
- Experience: Prior experience in a tech‑powered or SaaS environment is highly desirable.
- Experience: Sales exposure, particularly in F&B SaaS solutions, will be considered a strong asset.
