PTC Therapeutics in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior regional leader to drive growth in the Riyadh region and manage distributor networks across multiple countries. You will develop and execute territory plans, coordinate cross-functionally with market access, medical, regulatory and commercial teams, and guide strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a scientific discipline with more than 15 years total Pharma experience.
• Minimum 5 years with direct responsibility for KSA and managing multiple countries / distributors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and develop strategic, actionable business plans.
• Understanding of reimbursement requirements and opportunities.
• English and Arabic proficiency; French is a plus.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Builds PTC presence in the key territories of their region and oversees the strategy for success
• Leads regional business performance by executing market strategies and delivering against agreed commercial objectives and KPIs
• Drives regional revenue growth through effective territory planning, customer engagement and execution of strategic initiatives
• Executes Brand Plan and budgets with Global and Regional colleagues to ensure effectiveness and improvements
• Works across market access, commercial, medical, compliance and regulatory interfaces
• Collaborates with PTC colleagues to share best practices and create opportunities to grow PTC presence
• Performs other tasks as needed by management
