Qualifications

• 13+ years of relevant industry experience.
• At least 5 years in operational roles within Pipeline & Industrial Services.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, tendering, and contract negotiation.
• Experience in brownfield services, industrial maintenance, pipeline integrity and related operations.
• Established network within the GCC energy sector, especially Saudi Arabia, UAE and/or Oman.
• Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.

We are partnering with a leading energy services organization to identify an experienced Business Manager to drive the growth of Pipeline & Industrial Services operations across the GCC i.e Saudi Arabia, UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi), Oman or Egypt .

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a strong operational foundation within pipeline services, industrial maintenance, facility services, pipeline integrity, shutdowns, tank cleaning, and brownfield industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and revenue growth across regional markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key energy, industrial, and infrastructure clients.

Location: Flexible across Saudi Arabia, UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi), Oman or Egypt with regional travel requirements.
