Job summary

Schneider Electric - UAE is seeking a seasoned Regional Technical Authority to drive AI-ready data center infrastructure and advanced liquid cooling implementations across hyperscale deployments. You will define reference architectures, establish governance, and guide executive-level technology strategy.

The role requires deep expertise in high-density cooling, AI/HPC design, and end-to-end tendering with major customers and EPCs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years in mission-critical data center infrastructure.
• At least 7 years focused on high-density cooling technologies.
• Proven experience leading technical tendering and value engineering.
• Strong customer-facing skills with hyperscalers and EPCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of AI-ready DC infrastructure and liquid cooling deployments.
• Develop reference architectures and best practices for AI/HPC environments.
• Drive presales, specification leadership and design reviews with engineering teams.
• Own tendering processes from qualification to award and negotiations.
• Engage customers and ecosystem partners at executive levels.
