Detailed Job Description:

As the Project Technical Head – AI Data Center Infrastructure in Saudi Arabia via Anotech, you will serve as the principal technical authority responsible for directing end-to-end engineering, design, and execution for next-generation AI data center developments. Your daily responsibilities will encompass overseeing complex electrical and mechanical (M&E) systems, integrating high-density AI compute infrastructure, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering squads, and managing project risks and stakeholder expectations. You will ensure rigorous adherence to international engineering standards, safety compliance, and project schedules across large-scale capital deployments. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end technical strategy, planning, and execution for large-scale AI data center infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, and digital systems design and construction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 15+ years of professional engineering and project management experience in Data Centres and critical infrastructure.
• Deep technical expertise across electrical power distribution, HVAC/mechanical cooling, and digital systems.
• Proven multidisciplinary technical leadership record managing large engineering organizations and complex capital projects.
• Extensive hands-on experience with hyperscale or large-scale data center design, construction, and operations.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication capabilities.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills under high-pressure project environments.
• Mandatory residency/work authorization: Ability to operate on-site in Saudi Arabia (GCC experience is a strong advantage).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Professional certifications such as PMP, Chartered Engineer (CEng), Data Centre Design Professional (DCDP), or ATD/ATS.
• Prior regional project execution experience with major oil & gas, sovereign wealth, or hyperscale cloud providers in the GCC.
• Specialized technical familiarity with liquid cooling, immersion cooling, and high-density AI GPU clusters (NVIDIA DGX pods).
• Immediate availability for executive mobilization in Saudi Arabia.
