• Assist in identifying manpower requirements and preparing job descriptions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and job offers.
• Update recruitment trackers and prepare regular recruitment reports.
• Support manpower planning in coordination with Projects and Operations teams.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor requirements.
• Contribute to improving recruitment strategies, tools, and processes.
