You’ll master reception systems, support onboarding, manage calls, bookings, couriers, meeting rooms, and video conferencing, and collaborate with the team to maintain a positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for hospitality and client service.
• Previous experience in reception, guest relations, or office administration is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a strong plus.
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Support new client onboarding — from phone setup and system orientation to personalized reception assistance.
• Manage daily reception operations, including calls, bookings, couriers, meeting rooms, and video conferencing support.
• Provide outstanding customer service, sharing helpful information and insights to enhance each visitor’s experience.
• Operate and maintain communication and IT systems such as IP phones, interactive screens, and booking platforms.
• Work closely with your team and management to maintain a positive, efficient, and collaborative workplace.
