Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a proactive Logistics Team Leader to oversee global inbound supply chain operations with accountability for the KSA site. You will manage carrier performance, ensure SLAs, and collaborate with procurement and cross-functional teams to execute high-priority shipments efficiently.

The role requires strong knowledge of global inbound processes, SAP, Excel and Power BI, and excellent English skills.

Qualifications

Experience in global freight operations and supply chain logistics.
Familiarity with SAP, Excel and Power BI for reporting.
Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day global inbound freight movements with focus on KSA shipments.
Track carrier performance for inbound/outbound, develop and own carrier KPIs (BMS).
Run regular check-ins with procurement and carriers to prioritize critical cargo and clear bottlenecks.
Collaborate with Global Procurement and Freight Forwarding to align capacity and review SLAs.
Guide inbound logistics team to follow standard procedures and cover daily tasks.
Manage outbound carrier relationships to ensure on-time pickups and fulfilled bookings.
Identify bottlenecks in inbound pipeline and implement SOPs to reduce transit delays.
