• Oversee projects as owner rep; monitor timelines and quality.
• Coordinate among business development, technical office, contractors and consultants.
• Review engineering outputs and ensure execution aligns with specs.
• Oversee after-sales follow-up and handover observations.
• Monitor performance; identify risks and take action to meet time/cost/quality.
