Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development.

• Experience in large scale/lifestyle projects is preferred.

• Manage all activities related to construction services.
• Identify strategic objectives for the construction division.
• Evaluate project documents, contracts, budgets, and reports as required.
• Manage client relationships at a senior level.
