10+ years’ experience in real estate development (preferably in KSA) with residential focus and investment exposure.
Experience coordinating with program and project management companies, consultants, architects, operators, subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Lead real estate development initiatives from feasibility to development management in KSA (residential focus).
Coordinate with program/project management companies, consultants, architects, operators and subcontractors.
Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
