Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant real estate or design disciplines.
• Master's degree preferred in real estate, finance, or business.
• 7–10 years of experience in real estate development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end development process for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and other real estate projects.
• Translate investment objectives and market requirements into viable development concepts.
• Coordinate project feasibility studies, development strategies, and business cases.
• Evaluate development opportunities, including land acquisition, redevelopment, and investment opportunities.
• Support the preparation and review of project development plans, budgets, schedules, and delivery strategies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved development objectives.
• Manage the appointment and performance of architects, consultants, engineers, project managers, and other development partners.
• Review design concepts and ensure alignment with the approved development strategy, target market, budget, and commercial objectives.
• Coordinate with design teams throughout concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation stages.
• Ensure design decisions balance functionality, aesthetics, marketability, cost, and development returns.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Review progress reports and identify potential delays, cost overruns, or scope issues.
• Prepare regular project updates, management reports, presentations, and investment updates.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Development

• Coordinate with design teams throughout concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation stages.
• Ensure design decisions balance functionality, aesthetics, marketability, cost, and development returns.

Project Delivery & Construction Coordination

• Work closely with Project Management, Construction, Procurement, and Consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Review progress reports and identify potential delays, cost overruns, or scope issues.
• Ensure projects meet approved quality, cost, schedule, and commercial requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, government entities, investors, partners, and other project stakeholders.
• Lead development meetings and ensure clear communication of project objectives, decisions, and action items.
• Prepare regular project updates, management reports, presentations, and investment updates.

Market & Business Development

• Monitor the Saudi real estate market and identify emerging development opportunities.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to support project positioning and product strategy.
• Identify opportunities to enhance project value, profitability, and market competitiveness.
• Support the evaluation of land and investment opportunities in line with the company's growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate development, Architecture, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• A master's degree in real estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 7-10 Years of Experience in Real estate development.
