Job summary

MAS Advisory & Valuation in Riyadh seeks a Real Estate Advisory Analyst to support asset and portfolio evaluations through financial modeling, market research and valuation analysis. You will conduct due diligence on properties, prepare appraisal reports and assist in investment advisory engagements.

Collaboration with senior team members to gather data, develop client presentations and contribute to strategic recommendations will be key in this on-site, full-time role based in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills including quantitative analysis and financial modeling.
• Experience or training in due diligence processes for real estate or related investments.
• Foundational knowledge in finance and investments, ideally with exposure to real estate finance.
• Understanding of real estate appraisal concepts, valuation methodologies, and market analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, business, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools for reports and client deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Role Description

The Real Estate Advisory Analyst will support the evaluation of real estate assets and portfolios through financial modeling, market research, and valuation analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting due diligence on properties and markets, preparing appraisal reports, and assisting in investment advisory engagements. The analyst will collaborate with senior team members to gather and interpret data, prepare client presentations, and contribute to strategic recommendations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, requiring close coordination with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality advisory outputs.
