Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience with IT systems analysis, programming, testing, and implementation.
• Experience with RCM platforms and healthcare billing systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for the RCM system and related applications.
• Collaborate with vendors to validate system configurations and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct system testing, including UAT, and ensure quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain statistical and operational reports using SQL and other tools.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with operational needs.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and business requirements.
