Job summary

MapleGroves is hiring a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting radio equipment ensuring optimal performance.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in radio communication systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position and we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of radio communication systems, equipment, and tools.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.

• Troubleshoot and repair any technical issues with radio systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of radio equipment.
• Conduct tests and measurements to diagnose problems and make necessary adjustments.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Provide technical support and assistance to other team members as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in radio technology and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of radio communication systems, equipment and tools.
• Familiarity with electrical principles and electronic components.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
