Responsibilities

• Install and configure radio communication systems according to specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure systems are functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Conduct repairs as needed both on-site and in the workshop.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Provide training and support to users on how to operate equipment properly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of radio communication systems such as two-way radios, satellite phones, etc.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond quickly to emergency repair calls.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or diploma in electronics or related field.
• Experience working with different types of antennas and cables.
• Familiarity with FCC regulations for radio communication equipment.
