Job summary

Protelecon in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Radio Performance Monitoring Engineer to oversee radio performance across 2G/3G/4G/5G networks. The role requires hands-on work with Ericsson tools to optimize RAN KPIs and support multivendor environments.

The candidate will monitor KPIs, troubleshoot RF issues, and drive fault resolution while maintaining accurate configuration and optimization records. A 2+ year RF background and a relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in RF Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of RAN KPI optimization (2G/3G/LTE/NR).
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson tools (Performance / Optimization / Monitoring).
• Experience in multivendor telecom environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Radio KPIs (2G/3G/4G/5G) and ensure optimal network performance.
• Troubleshoot RF-related issues using Ericsson tools.
• Investigate network/system faults and meet SLA/WLA targets.
• Maintain proper documentation for configurations and optimization activities.
