Job summary

Qualcomm Middle East Information Technology Company LLC is seeking experienced Senior/Staff Software Engineers to build and operate rack management software for AI accelerators in large-scale data centers. You will own provisioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management, interfacing with BMCs, using Redfish, SNMP, and IPMI, and collaborating across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer engineering, CS, IS or related field and 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
• Experience with Redfish APIs and DCIM tools; strong understanding of server hardware, networking, and storage systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for a multi-site, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Implement, test, and maintain rack provisioning, monitoring, and workload deployment software.
• Interface with rack hardware (BMC, PDU, CDU, PCIe switches) using Redfish, SNMP, IPMI.
• Integrate rack management with orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Terraform, Foreman).
• Develop dashboards and telemetry pipelines using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Support firmware updates, crash dump parsing, and remote diagnostics across rack components.
• Own debugging and root-cause analysis across development, integration, and production environments.
