Job summary

Qualcomm Middle East Information Technology Company LLC is seeking a Senior Data Center Operations Engineer to manage MAAS provisioning, VM lifecycle, and server OS maintenance for Cloud AI data centers in Saudi Arabia. You will drive reliable deployment, imaging, provisioning, troubleshooting, and documentation.

This role requires senior-level execution, cross-functional collaboration with HUMAIN, Qualcomm teams and vendors, and disciplined ownership of inventory and runbooks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MAAS or similar bare-metal provisioning platforms (deployment, imaging, troubleshooting).
• Experience provisioning, configuring, and supporting virtual machines (resource allocation & operations).
• Strong Linux/server OS administration (installation, patching, maintenance, troubleshooting).
• Ability to diagnose infrastructure incidents across compute, storage, OS, provisioning workflows, and virtualization layers.
• Work with data center hardware, storage coordination, networking basics, and ops processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer MAAS servers, including deployment, image management, provisioning workflows, and issue troubleshooting.
• Provision, configure, and support VMs with appropriate compute, memory, storage, and network resources.
• Install, patch, maintain, and troubleshoot server OS across bare-metal and virtualized environments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support deployments and incident response.
