Job summary

Qualcomm is hiring Senior/Staff Software Engineers to develop and operate rack management software for AI accelerator products in large-scale data centers in Riyadh, KSA. You will design, implement, debug, and support infrastructure software close to hardware, owning code from validation through deployment.

You will collaborate across sites, lead design discussions, and mentor juniors, with emphasis on reliability, security, and performance in production environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering; infrastructure software experience.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ with shell scripting.
• Experience with Redfish APIs and DCIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement, test, and maintain rack provisioning, monitoring, and workload deployment.
• Interface with rack hardware using Redfish, SNMP, and IPMI protocols.
• Integrate rack management software with orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Terraform, Foreman).
• Collaborate with ODMs, ISVs, and internal teams to define scalable rack software solutions.
• Develop dashboards and telemetry pipelines using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Ensure secure boot, VLAN separation, and QoS for multi-tenant environments.
