Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and BOQ documents.
• Measure executed works for interim payments, subcontractor evaluations, and commercial reporting.
• Support tender preparation, cost estimation, pricing inputs, and commercial comparisons.
• Prepare and review payment certification documents and support billing procedures.
• Coordinate with site, planning, cost control, and finance teams to validate progress quantities and payment status.
