Our mission is to deliver to every door every day. We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and we’re looking for a Quality Manager who can help us move even faster.

Noon’s fastest hyper‑local delivery platform, Noon Minutes, offers a localized assortment of FMCG & grocery products with delivery within 15‑minutes. Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.

Noon’s mission: Every door, every day.

What you’ll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest‑working people we’ve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols across all operations for noon minutes, the quick‑commerce leader in the GCC region. This role requires a strong, proactive leader capable of driving continuous improvement and upholding the highest standards of product and service quality. The Quality Manager will work closely with commercial operations—including warehouse teams, dark stores, in‑stock planning, and last‑mile delivery—to ensure operational excellence in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

What you’ll need:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to quick‑commerce and perishable food operations.
  • Define and enforce quality control procedures, SOPs, and performance metrics across product handling, storage, delivery, and inbound receiving, extending to vendor supply locations.
  • Ensure all operational processes are aligned with HACCP, SFDA guidelines, and international quality standards.
Monitoring & Audits
  • Track, analyze, and report quality performance data to identify systemic issues, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead regular internal and external quality audits of warehouses, dark stores, and last‑mile delivery operations.
  • Conduct routine vendor and supplier compliance checks to ensure adherence to food safety and product integrity requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate quality and food safety risks across the supply chain.
  • Investigate quality incidents, customer complaints, and product failures, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain documentation and regulatory records required for compliance with SFDA and other governmental authorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during inspections and regulatory visits.
Reporting & Insights
  • Prepare and present quality reports, dashboards, and incident summaries to senior leadership during weekly business reviews.
  • Recommend operational improvements based on audit findings, data trends, and root‑cause analyses.
Leadership & Training
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Food Quality Leads and Inspectors across markets.
  • Deliver ongoing quality and food safety training for warehouse, dark store, and last‑mile teams.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across operations.
What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, or a related discipline.
  • 8–12 years of progressive quality management experience within perishable food, FMCG, retail, or quick‑commerce environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SFDA regulations, HACCP, and international quality standards (ISO 22000, BRC, FSSC 22000).
  • Experience managing quality in high‑volume, fast‑moving supply chains.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is highly preferred for effective communication with suppliers, regulators, and cross‑functional teams.
Who will excel?
  • We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.
  • You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
  • We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.
  • Noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
