Job summary

Asmacs is seeking a Quality Management Specialist to develop and maintain the corporate IMS documentation, coordinating reviews with owners and ensuring site-wide implementation. You will write practical procedures and verify how work is performed across departments in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires five years of quality/IMS experience, strong knowledge of ISO standards, and hands-on internal auditing. Proficiency in MS Office and basic Power BI is expected, with English essential and Arabic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, business administration, operations management, or related discipline.
• At least five years of quality management or integrated management system experience, including two years preparing/revising SOPs and related docs.
• Practical work experience in Saudi Arabia and understanding of corporate/site operations coordination.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and their applications.
• Hands-on internal audit experience with risk-based planning, interviews, evidence sampling, and corrective action verification.
• Proficiency in Word/Excel; ability to draft flowcharts in Visio; manage work plans in MS Project; basic Power BI dashboards.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Document actual workflows, decisions, interfaces, roles, records, risks, and controls with process owners.
• Draft and revise policies, manuals, SOPs, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, checklists, and registers.
• Coordinate technical reviews, resolve comments, obtain approvals, and maintain revision histories.
• Develop trackers in Excel or MS Project; follow up inputs, approvals, training, actions, and target dates.
• Check implementation at department/site level by reviewing records, observing work, and interviewing personnel; report gaps and close actions.
• Support risk-based internal audit program including plans, checklists, audits, evidence, findings, and management reporting.
• Prepare concise progress reports and basic Power BI views of documentation status and corrective actions.
