Job summary

Parsons Corporation seeks a Quality Engineer - ISO Systems to develop, implement, and monitor ISO 9001 based quality systems across projects in Riyadh. You will drive auditing, documentation reviews, and data-driven improvements with internal teams and suppliers.

The role requires 3–7 years in quality engineering within a project environment and a solid understanding of ISO 9001 requirements, with strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years in quality engineering, auditing, or project environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support ISO 9001 based quality management systems and process improvements.
• Assist with development and optimization of project quality procedures.
• Collect/analyze quality data for management reporting and KPIs.
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits and track corrective actions.
• Review technical deliverables and supplier quality documentation.
• Support training and awareness activities for project personnel.
