Job summary

Wood is seeking a Lead Quality & Inspection Plant to support our Projects business in Ar Rjum, KSA, aligning with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and Ma’aden’s 2040 objectives. You will lead quality management across the organization, implement the Wood Business Management System (BMS), and drive continuous improvement to ensure compliant performance.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quality management, project management, or related discipline.
• Lead Auditor qualification by a recognized industry body (essential).
• CQI/ASQ Quality organizations membership is desirable.
• Formal training in recognized root cause analysis techniques (essential).

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of Quality across the organization and services provided.
• Engaging with stakeholders to promote quality management and gather performance feedback.
• Plan and allocate resources (people/budgets) to deliver objectives.
• Implement the Wood Business Management System (BMS) and monitor its effectiveness.
• Ensure consistent quality systems (NCR, improvement actions, lessons learned).
• Support tenders and proposal activities for the organization.
• Plan and execute risk-based assurance with escalation of significant findings.
• Monitor delivery performance data and report trends to senior leaders.
• Ensure quality support through Supply Chain processes for first-time delivery.
• Act on customer feedback to maintain and improve satisfaction.
