Tamkeen Technologies is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to monitor and improve the quality of our operational processes and outputs. The role involves designing and developing quality standards and processes, building effective quality control systems, and evaluating performance to identify and implement corrective actions. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to ensure that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a cross-functional agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams ensuring high-quality from requirements definition to delivery.
• Producetesting artifacts such as Test Plan, Test cases, test data, test executionreportsetc.
• Executevarious typesof testing includingsystem, integration, regression testing,performance,…etc.
• Develop and implement quality standards.
• Communicate test progress, risk and other relevant information to the product team and other stakeholders
• Keep improving the test efficiency by being open and innovating on new tools
• Investigate and troubleshoot product or productionissues, andassistwith customer issues toidentifydefects and the steps to reproduceit.
• Train and mentor junior staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or a related field
• Minimum Experience: (4-6) years of experience in quality assurance / control
• Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
• Understanding ofAgile principles, and familiarity with Agile-SCRUM practice.
