Job summary

Client of Blue Hat HR Services LLC in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced QHSE and Compliance Executive to oversee Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental QHSE and compliance activities across the organisation.

The role will manage IMS audit programs, regulatory changes, CAPA tracking, training, incident investigations and continuous improvement, while supporting ESG initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QHSE or compliance, preferably in equipment rental or related industry.
• Internal/Lead Auditor certifications ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE management systems, audits, risk assessment, compliance, and corrective actions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional QHSE projects and multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in QHSE dashboards, KPIs, SharePoint, and digital documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage internal and external audit programs including audit findings and CAPA tracking.
• Maintain and control IMS and audit records on SharePoint.
• Monitor regulatory and legal changes and update policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with regional offices on QHSE and compliance requirements.
• Develop and review policies, procedures, forms and management system documentation.
• Develop and deliver QHSE compliance and refresher training programs.
• Analyze QHSE data, KPIs and trends to recommend corrective actions.
• Support ESG and sustainability initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
• Lead or support incident investigations, root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Promote a culture of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.

QHSE amp Compliance Executive Al Khobar Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced QHSE and Compliance Executive to oversee Quality Health Safety and Environmental QHSE and compliance activities across the organisation.

The role will be responsible for managing the Integrated Management System IMS audit programs compliance requirements corrective and preventive actions training incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Important This position is open only to candidates holding a valid Family Book Health amp Safety Risk Management Root Cause Analysis Problem-solving Technical Expertise.
