Job summary

KBR is seeking a QA/QC Instrument Engineer for field construction to perform technical and supervisory duties in line with international standards. You will oversee instrumentation installation, testing, commissioning, and quality assurance within oil and gas maintenance projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8+ years of oil & gas maintenance experience, strong leadership, communication, and the ability to review drawings, submittals, and specifications while

Responsibilities

• Supervise instrumentation progress of works, installation and commissioning.
• Plan and control the inspection of all instrumentation works and related activities.
• Experience in testing and commissioning of instrumentation works.
• Monitor final inspection before handover to the Client.
• Review instrumentation shop drawings and vendor drawings for contract compliance.
• Review instrumentation submittals, specifications and calculations for conformance.
• Implement the SATORP Instrumentation Quality Assurance Plan.
• Review as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals and warranty documents for compliance.
• Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions and ensure SHE procedures are followed.
• Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.

KBR is looking for a QA/QC Instrument Engineer - To carries out technical and supervisory responsibilities based on knowledge of international standards and codes related to mechanical works in accordance with the organization’s standard.

Responsibilities

• Can Supervise & Follow up Instrumentation progress of works, installation & Commissioning of deferent units.
• Able to Plan & Control the inspection of all Instrumentation works and related activities.
• With Experience in Testing & Commissioning of Instrumentation works.
• Monitor the final inspection of completed Instrumentation works before handling over to the Client.
• Able to Review Instrumentation Shop drawings and Vendordrawings for compliance with Contract Documents.
• Review Instrumentation Materials submittals for compliance with Contract Documents.
• Review Instrumentation Specifications & Calculations forconformance with Contract Documents.
