Job summary

KBR is seeking a QA/QC Electrical Engineer for the SATORP project in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role involves supervising electrical works, planning inspections, and supporting testing and commissioning activities across units.

You will review shop drawings and vendor documents, ensure compliance with contract documents, and uphold safety procedures. A bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in oil & gas maintenance are required, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs related to Quality assurance.
• Well organized with excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and follow up ELECTRICAL progress of works, installation and commissioning of units.
• Plan and control inspection of all ELECTRICAL works and related activities.
• Experience in testing and commissioning of ELECTRICAL works.
• Review ELECTRICAL shop drawings and vendor drawings for contract compliance.
• Review ELECTRICAL materials submittals and specifications for conformance.
• Implement the SATORP ELECTRICAL Quality Assurance Plan.
• Review as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and warranties.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and SHE requirements.
