The candidate should have a Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical fields and 2–5 years of related experience across construction, manufacturing, water treatment, or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pumps, pipelines, and related equipment efficiently and safely.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of pumping systems.

• Troubleshoot minor operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and records.
• Assist in equipment installation, testing, and commissioning activities when needed.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and site teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor pumps, pipelines, and related equipment efficiently and safely.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of pumping systems.
• Monitor pressure, flow rates, and equipment performance, and report any abnormalities.
• Troubleshoot minor operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a Pump Driver, Plant Operator, or in a similar role within construction, manufacturing, concrete, water treatment, industrial, or related sectors.
• Good knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, piping systems, and related equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, operating procedures, and basic drawings.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, if required.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in ready-mix concrete plants, manufacturing facilities, industrial plants, water systems, or construction projects is an advantage.
