Job summary

Takamol Solutions in Saudi Arabia is seeking a diligent administrative professional to support supplier registration, invoicing, and project reporting in our government and private sector engagements.

You will upload invoices on the Etimad Platform, prepare collection reports, monitor outstanding payments, and assist the Strategic Partnerships & Public Relations team with commercial and administrative tasks related to active projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Must not have been previously registered with GOSI for six months or more.
• Must not have previously received support from HRDF.
• Must be eligible for the Tamheer program.

Responsibilities

• Register the organization as a supplier with government and private-sector entities.
• Issue and follow up on invoices.
• Upload invoices through the Etimad Platform.
• Prepare and issue collection reports.
• Follow up on outstanding collections and invoices.
• Continuously update project-related reports and ensure the information is accurate and up to date.
• Support the Strategic Partnerships & Public Relations team with commercial and administrative activities related to projects and partnerships.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
