Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company is looking for a Senior Manager Design Delivery to lead the planning, design, and execution of public realm projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on creating vibrant, sustainable public spaces while managing the end-to-end delivery process.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in large-scale multidisciplinary projects, including proven delivery in public realm design and construction phases. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required, with chartered status preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in large-scale multidisciplinary and Public Realm projects.
• Proven experience delivering Public Realm projects across design and construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, mobilisation and delivery of Public Realm projects.
• Oversee development of Engineering and Design Management Plans.
• Manage full lifecycle from design through construction to handover.
• Coordinate design review processes to ensure compliance.
• Support procurement strategies and monitor programme performance.
