Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Central Area District, North of Al Masjid Al Nabawi, Al - Munawarah Al-Ma, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Non-Management Housekeeping professional. You will use checklists to ensure cleanliness in assigned areas and report maintenance issues to keep guest spaces in top condition.

You will also assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating staff while upholding safety and appearance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Use checklists to ensure cleanliness and condition of assigned areas.
• Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; serve as a role model.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
