Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in proposals or tendering in an engineering consultancy.
• Experience with government project proposals in KSA.
• Knowledge of tendering and bidding processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals for government projects in KSA.
• Review tender documents, RFPs, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather information for proposal submissions.
• Ensure proposals are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain proposal documentation, templates, and records.
• Support prequalification submissions and tender clarifications.
