Job summary

Asmacs Contracting Est. in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior HSE Lead to oversee offshore fabrication health, safety and environmental operations.

You will ensure compliance with international standards, lead incident investigations, and align client HSE requirements across jackets, topsides and PDM activities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or OH&S, 10+ years in offshore fabrication, and NEBOSH Diploma with professional membership (TechIOSH/MIIRSM preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or OH&S required.
• 10+ years of offshore fabrication experience, including jackets and topsides/PDMs.
• NEBOSH Diploma or NEBOSH IGC plus professional membership preferred.
• Certifications or formal training in incident investigation methodologies.
